| Just work and rain | How many times can I say the same things about a relatively plain job? And a relatively plain rainy day? I was tired. But I got through it. We have a new way of making drinks that is entirely making me crazy. I'm still doing it. And by the end of the day, I'm feeling much more energetic than I did at the beginning. |
| Turkey | I wanted to buy a turkey for use this weekend, but haven't gotten to it yet. I suppose I could dress and rush out to Food Basics and get one now, but instead I will do it tomorrow before work, or hope that they get some nice turkeys I can buy during work from the local Metro. I still call these stores Dominion. |
| unlogo.org | I saw this thank you reference, and decided to follow it. Library Lady Jane sent me to a Gizmodo article on some guys who are doing some amazing stuff with video and logos. They first show a project which recognizes logos in a video stream (the authors yawn). Then they ask, perhaps we should find a way to remove these logos from a video stream! If someone is making a personal video, why should it be chock full of commercial references? Watch the video, go to their site, see for yourself. |

On facebook today, this was the reference: If you do this on email I hate you. So now I'm checking out all of his stuff. He keeps telling people to buy his stuff, because wants jewels and koala meat.
